(1) Question:  Airlien transportation--why my goods is 200KG, while charge me 240KG?

    Answer: There are 2 kinds of weight for each package goods, one is acutal weight, the other is volume weight= length* width* height/6000. Which weight is larger, then it is the chargable weight. The AWB show the chargable weight is 240KG, which indicate the goods is volume larger cargo.

(2) Question: what's the difference between express transportation and airline transportion in calculating volume weight?

     Answer: Express: length*width*height/5000

                   Airline shipping:length* width* height/6000
